Female Lawyer Shares Photos Portraying Gov Wike As Ethnic Champion

A female lawyer in Rivers State is angry that Governor Nyesom Wike is doing selective development of the state and favoring his people of Obio Akpo and PHALGA.

Ibiba Okunye shared pictures of roads in Asari Toru Local Government Area on Facebook and Twitter to lament alleged lopsidedness in the distribution of developmental projects by Wike’s administration.

The roads are in Angulama community in the local government.

Ibiba, accused Wike of running an ethnicist administration and concentrating projects in only Obio-Akpor and PHALGA while other areas are suffering.

She also accused lawmakers representing the community at different levels of failing to draw the attention of the governor to the plight of the Angulama people.

She wrote: “People will always ask me, why I dislike Wike so much. And I always reply that it is because he is an ethnicist. No difference between him and Trump. Why are they shouting the whole Rivers State is flyover? It is the biggest fallacy. Instead shout Obio-Akpor is flyover.

“How can we still have a village like this? No electricity, no road and yet we also have people representing such areas?

“May God never make me so mute that I am as close to the Governor as you are, yet i cannot insist that he looks at my village. I detest timid people.

“In 2017, they came and launched a fake electrification project. All which is fake.”
