In a statement on Saturday, the alumni noted that “the growing population of students in unity schools and inadequate infrastructure in these schools is of great concern.”

“The Abuja Alumni chapter wishes to encourage other alumni networks to join hands in Give Back projects of this nature. The ultramodern toilet facility is the beginning of many more projects in the pipeline and credit goes to the Abuja Alumnae pacesetters.

The union said the “Ultra-Modern toilet was designed by an old girl from the school Arc Kelly Anga and supervised by Arc Nonye Ukoha, both members of the Abuja Alumnae chapter.

“Financing of this project amounting to N7 million was raised largely from the individual contributions of alumni of the abuja chapter and some seed funding from corporate sponsorships during the 2015 reunions.
