Goals Galore As Man City, Arsenal, Spurs Record Big Wins

Manchester City thrashed 10-man Liverpool 5-0 after Sadio Mane was controversially sent off.

City were already ahead to Sergio Aguero’s opener, when Sadio Mane clattered into Ederson and received his marching orders. The goalkeeper was replaced by Claudio Bravo.

City capitalized on the advantage and a brace each from Gabriel Jesus and Leroy Sane ensured a first defeat of the season for Jurgen Klopp’s men.

The victory takes Pep Guardiola’s side top of the table, above rivals Manchester United, who face Stoke away later today (Saturday).

Danny Welbeck scored twice and Alexandre Lacazette scored one as Arsenal thrashed Bournemouth 3-0, condemning the Cherries to a fourth successive defeat.

The Gunners returned back to winning after back-to-back defeats against Stoke and Liverpool.

Harry Kane inspired Tottenham to a convincing 3-0 victory over Ronald Koeman’s Everton at Goodison Park.

Kane opened the scoring with his 100th goal for Spurs, Christian Eriksen scored the second before Kane sealed the game with a neat finish immediately after the break.

Elsewhere, Chelsea stood firm to see off a late Leicester challenge as the Premier League champions climbed into the top three with a third straight victory.

Alvaro Morata and N’Golo Kante were both on target for the Blues. Jamie Vardy scored form the spot for the home side.

Brighton recorded their first top-flight win for 34 years as two goals from Pascal Gross helped them to an emphatic victory over West Brom.
