The Governor of Imo State, Sen. Hope Uzodimma, has reappointed Chief Cosmos Iwu as the Secretary to the Government of Imo State.
This was contained in a pressed statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary and Media Adviser to the Governor, Oguwike Nwachuku, on Thursday.
Similarly, Barr. Nnamdi Anyaehie, Chief (Dr.) Patrick Ekeji, and Barr. Olisaemeka Sydney Agbor have been reinstated as Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff (Administration), and Deputy Chief of Staff (Operations) respectively.

Also, the Governor approved Ferdinand Uzodinma as Chief of Staff (General Services) and Mr. Sam Anyalewechi Nwaobasi as Special Adviser on Programme and Policy Implementation/ Monitoring.
The appointments take immediate effect.
The governor congratulated the new appointees and urged them to bring to bear their professional competence in the efforts to drive the vision of the “Shared Prosperity Government” of Imo State.
After winning second term, Uzodimma in January dissolved the State Executive Council.
He also announced the removal of all the sole administrators of the 27 local government areas of the state.
“The second term in office is for us to leave a legacy and do things that we will be remembered for. It is for us to really and completely build a new Imo state,” the governor had said.
