Governor Obiano Names New Cabinet Members

Coming on the heels of the second term swearing-in celebration of his administration on March 17, 2018, the Anambra State Governor, Chief Willie Obiano, has made his first set of appointments.

Obiano re-appointed Prof. Solo Chukwulobelu as Secretary to the State Government (SSG), while a former senior special assistant to the governor, Mr Primus Okilie, was named the Chief of Staff to the governor.

Mr James Eze, who was the former Senior Special Adviser (SSA) on media, was appointed the Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the governor.

The new appointees would be sworn-in at the Government House in Akwa on Monday.

More appointments are expected to follow.
