How Twitter Reacted To Ibrahim Idris Leaving, Mohammed’s Taking Over

On Tuesday, January 15, 2019, the clock ticked for Ibrahim Kputugi Idris as the 19th indigenous Inspector General of the Nigeria Police Force.
