I Am Pansexual – Singer Says

American Singer, Janelle Monae, known to be private about her personal life, has identified herself as pansexual.

The singer and actress disclosed this during an interview with Rolling Stone magazine.

“Being a queer black woman in America, someone who has been in relationships with both men and women, I consider myself to be a free-ass motherfucker,” she said.

The 32-year-old singer clarified that she initially identified herself as bisexual, “but then later I read about pansexuality and was like, ‘oh, these are things that I identify with too.’ I’m open to learning more about who I am.”

Being bisexual means being attracted to more than one gender, while being pansexual means being attracted to all gender identities (can have sex with a man, woman, transgender… as long as the person is a human being).
