‘INEC Offices Burnt In States Where PDP Expected To Win’
Media Aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has alleged that offices belonging to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), were not burnt accidentally.
Recall that INEC offices in Plateau state, Abia state and Anambra state were burnt down, with electoral materials and equipments equally razed.
Omokri, in a statement on twitter, alleged that the incident is no longer an accident but a pattern, as it has occurred more than two times.
According to him, the offices are only burnt in offices where the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, are expected to win.
1 INEC office burnt, may be an accident. 2 burnt may be a coincidence. But the 3rd time is a pattern. It is impossible for INEC offices to be burnt accidentally only in states where @OfficialPDPNig and @Atiku are expected to win.

The PDP had earlier alleged that the All Progressives Congress, APC, were responsible for the burning of the electoral body’s offices in the country.
The party said the offices were razed “so as to paralyze the commission’s operations in such states, and pave the way for the isolation and postponement of Presidential elections in those states.”
Burning of @inecnigeria offices: Fresh facts available to us have shown that the failed and dysfunctional @OfficialAPCNg is responsible for the burning of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) offices in various parts of the country. pic.twitter.com/RzpFDrx3yW
