The Borno State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ali Bukar Dalori, passed the governor’s message.

The governor congratulated Muslims for the successful completion of Eid prayers across the state.

Zulum’s call came a few days after his convoy was ambushed by Boko Haram terrorists on his way to some internally displaced persons’ camps in the Baga area of the state to distribute relief materials.

The governor, alongside his predecessor, Kashim Shettima, the Shehu of Borno, Abubakar Ibn Umar Elkanemi, and top government officials, were earlier led in the performance of two Raka’at prayers by the Imam Idaini of Borno, Shetima Saleh.
