President Buhari, who arrived the European country on Sunday, is expected to deliver a keynote address at the Solemn Hearing commemorating the anniversary of the International Criminal Court at Courtroom 1 of the ICC’s Headquarters, on Tuesday.

He met with the Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte on Monday afternoon, in The Hague.

According to the memo, the protest would hold on Tuesday and Thursday at different locations.

The IPOB spokesman said Tuesday’s protest would hold at Dutch parliament building in the Hague at Lange poten 4, while that of Thursday will take place at ICC in the Hague.

He further stated that the demonstration would alert the International Criminal Court, ICC, of the killings going on in Nigeria.

The memo reads in part: “This is to inform all Biafrans and IPOB members in the Netherlands that there will be a demonstration against the visit of Muhammadu Buhari to the Netherlands.

“We will do this, not minding that the news for Buhari’s visit to Netherlands came late. We are swinging into action to make sure this Evil murderer and Boko Haram sponsor faces justice. He has no hiding place.”
