Iranian Lawmaker Pledges $3 Million Reward For ‘Whoever Kills Trump’

An Iranian lawmaker, Ahmad Hamzeh, has said that he would give three million dollars as reward to anyone who kills United States President Donald Trump.

He made the disclosure recently in the city of Kerman, hometown of Qud forces leader, Qassem Soleimani, who was killed in a US air raid in Baghdad.

“On behalf of the people of Kerman province, we will pay a $3 million reward in cash to whoever kills Trump,” he told the 290-seat parliament.

Iranian Students News Agency (ISNA) also reports that Hamzeh argued that Iran could deter its foes if it had nuclear arms.

“If we had nuclear weapons today, we would be protected from threats … We should put the production of long-range missiles capable of carrying unconventional warheads on our agenda. This is our natural right,” he said.

However, neither Iran’s Supreme leader nor the president has released an official statement backing his claim.

Tensions have escalated in the Mid-east region following attacks and reprisal attacks between the US and Iran, leaving lives and properties destroyed even as nations warned their citizens from visiting the area.
