The 18 year old sound engineering graduate from the SAE Institute, Cape Town, beat the five finalist (Ada, Anderson, Arewa, Deinde, Jeff and Pearl) to emerge winner, joining past superstars like Iyanya, iMike, Ayoola, Chidinma, Monica, Olawale and Geoffrey.
Pearl Awa-Agwu, first runner-up, earned three million naira and a brand new saloon car.
Anderson Amos emerged second runner-up. He walked away with two million naira and a brand new saloon car while Ada Tosanwumi, emerged the third runner-up, taking home a cash prize of two million naira.

The sixth and fifth positions were also rewarded with five hundred thousand naira and one million naira respectively.
