Anthony Joshua has paid an emotional tribute to his late friends, Sina Ghami and Latif “Latz” Ayodele who died in a road accident in December.
Joshua sustained minor injuries in the incident that occurred on Monday, December 29, in Makun Ogun State while on his way to his family house in Sagamu.
He was rushed to a Lagos hospital while his two friends, Sina Ghami and Latif “Latz” Ayodele, died instantly.
He was discharged from the hospital on Wednesday, he returned to the United Kingdom on Saturday.
However, in his first public comment about the incident, Joshua took to social media on Sunday to pay tributes to his late friends.

He wrote on Instagram: “My Brother’s Keeper ❤️🕊️❤️.” While also accompanying it with a picture with the families of Sina and Latz.
Meanwhile, The Janaza (funeral prayer) for the close associates of boxing star Anthony Joshua is set to be held on Sunday in London.
At the London Central Mosque, several people were gathered for the Janaza (funeral) prayer, with a funeral for Ghami expected to take place at Hendon Cemetery and Crematorium from noon.
A wake for the pair is also scheduled to take place from around 3pm at Cavendish Banqueting Hall in North West London. Joshua was born in Watford and spent much of his youth in North London and Hertfordshire.
It would be recalled that the driver of the car involved in the crash, Adeniyi Mobolaji Kayode, was charged by the Ogun State Police Command with causing death by dangerous driving and driving without a licence.

The case has been adjourned until January 20.
The defendant was granted bail in the sum of N5 million and was remanded pending his bail conditions being met.
