Judge Orders Stormy Daniels To Pay Trump’s Legal Fees In Defamation Suit

A California federal judge has ordered Porn star, Stormy Daniels, to pay President Donald Trump $293,000 for the legal fees he spent defending himself in a defamation suit she brought against him.

Daniels had alleged having an affair with Trump in 2006 and was paid $130,000 as part of a non-disclosure agreement days before the 2016 presidential election.

She further went ahead to sue him after he dismissed her claims of being threatened to keep quiet about the tryst as a “total con job,” but was later dismissed in October.

However, in awarding trump $293,052.33, on Tuesday in Los Angeles Judge S. James Otero also requested Daniels to make a payment of $1,000 in sanctions.

Trump’s attorney, Charles Harder, however, called the award “a total victory for the president, and a total defeat for Stormy Daniels in this case.”
