Julius Berger Takes Furniture Sector To Next Level

AFP, the furniture and furnishing business subsidiary of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, has been described to be leading the country’s home and hospitality furniture sector to the next level.

Switzerland based creative investor and CEO of Blackpacemade, Mr Paul Andrew said this during the 2018 edition of the annual Made By Design exhibition held at The Landmark Event Centre in Lagos weekend.

“AFP’s unique designs and productions are taking this country’s furniture industry ahead, to the next level. If AFP continues like this, before long it will be a dominant global player in the sector,” Andrew said.

He also lauded the company’s officials for the “courtesy and professionalism they displayed at the exhibition.”

AFP further embraced similar accolades for its unique home, office and hospitality Made in Nigeria furniture from a large group of visitors that trooped the company’s exhibition stand at the event.

Describing AFP as “one good thing that has happened to Nigeria’s furniture industry,” the Managing Director of Miele Gallery based in Lagos, Mustapha Olorunnibe testified saying “We at MieleGallery have never regretted doing business with AFP because as associates in this industry, AFP has been a worthy associate indeed.”

An overall review on the company was given by its acting General Manager, Oliver Cohen where he disclosed that “a wide range of the company’s products are made in Nigeria. We are proudly Nigerian and these products are of varied designs, forms and style; there are modern oriental designs with intricate lines and details; their versatility, elegance and comfort all in one piece are not only breath-taking but are enduring.”
