JUST IN: Netanyahu Thanks Israelis Ahead Of Parliamentary Vote On ‘New Govt’

Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, has expressed appreciation to everyone ahead of
the supreme parliamentary votes that will retain him or usher in a new coalition government.

“Thank you to each and every one of you,” he stated via a Facebook post on Sunday.

THE WHISTLER earlier reported that the nation’s supreme legislature (Knesset) will on Sunday, vote on the new coalition government already formed to oust Prime Minister Netanyahu.

Recall that Israel’s Yamina party leader, Naftali Bennett, Yair Lapid of Yesh Atid party and Ra’am political party (United Arab List) chairman, Mansour Abbas, as well as five other party factions, had signed an agreement to form a new government and had notified the parliament.

Times of Israel reported that the coalition will hold a meeting prior to the voting session .

Lapid also assured newsmen on Sunday that “there will be a government”.

Furthermore, Netanyahu and Bennett are expected to speak to the legislature amid the voting session.

If the coalition is approved by the members , the new government will be inaugurated latest Tuesday, May 15.

THE WHISTLER reported that Netanyahu urged his colleagues in the Knesset to vote against it.
