UPDATED: Pastor Adeboye’s Son Dies At 42

Dare Adeboye, a son of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Worldwide, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has reportedly died at the age of 42.

The Head of Media and Public Relations, RCCG, Pastor Olaitan Olubiyi, confirmed the incident to Punch on Thursday.

“It is true. The incident happened in Eket where he was based. I don’t have the details for now. Maybe before the end of today, we will issue a statement,” he said.

Pastor Dare Adeboye served as pastor in charge of the RCCG Youth Province 5.

After his demise was disclosed, Nigeria’s Vice President Yemi Osinbajo visited the GO’s family alongside other government officials.

He condoled with the family over the departure of Dare.
