President Muhammadu Buhari held the grand finale of his re-election campaign rally in his home state of Katsina on Thursday.
The 35,000-seater Muhammadu Dikko Stadium, which served as venue of the rally in Katsina, the Katsina State capital, was filled to the brim with supporters of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Videos shared on Twitter showed how President Buhari’s convoy was mobbed by a large crowd of supporters while on his way to his home town in Daura after departing the venue the presidential rally.
The type of welcome Buhari received in Katsina cannot be compared to that received by Atiku in Adamawa. The difference is clear.
