The Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN, has sympathized with the families of deceased Kebbi State residents who died following a boat mishap at Ngaski Local Government Area.
Malami’s condolence message was contained in a statement issued by his spokesperson, Dr. Umar Jibrilu Gwandu, on Thursday.
The AGF expressed grief at the incident while condoling “the families, government and people of Kebbi State over the incident…”

He also prayed for the repose of the souls of the dead, and for the speedy recovery of the rescued.
The AGF’s condolence message came after President Muhammadu Buhari had described capsizing of the boat as “devastating, offering his heartfelt condolences to the families of those affected by this tragedy.”
