Continuing, Fayose said, “They said I should tell director of SSS to come to Ekiti. The director of SSS is the girlfriend of Kayode Fayemi.

“If you think you want to use police to intimidate us, we will follow you bumper for bumper.”

According to him, members of the PDP have been arrested since Monday, “they have been arresting PDP people”.

“The most important day is on the14th, don’t allow them to provoke us, we must be prepared for this election. It must be 16-0 again,” he said.

“We know what you are planning in Ondo state and Kogi. We will disgrace all of you. Ekiti is a no go area.

“We are not interested in violence. I’ve been your governor for almost four years, nobody has been attacked. No politically motivated violence in Ekiti.

“Since they came, its either someone is being shot accidentally or…

“But whether you go into violence or not, on the 14th to 15th, Professor Kolapo Olusola Eleka will be declared the governor of Ekiti state, Nigeria.

“We want to tell the police, the security agencies, 99 percent of the people that will participate in Ekiti election are not from Ekiti. Youth Corpers are not from here, police are not from here, INEC are not from here, leave our state alone. Ekiti governorship should be for Ekiti people.

“Nigeria is no longer in that age. And we are having this problem because an old man – when I saw the president and the President of France I said oh my God. This country does not deserve an old man, I’m tired.”
