Lagos Expects Winner Of Bbnaija 2020 Grand Prize Of N85m To Start Paying Tax

The Lagos Internal Revenue Service(LIRS) has urged the winner of the 2020 edition of the Big Brother Nigeria reality TV show, Olamilekan Agbeleshe, populary known as Laycon, to pay his tax come 2021.

LIRS said this in a tweet , while congratulating the 26-year old rapper on winning the Big Brother Nigeria (BBNaija) reality TV show.

The post read: “Congratulations @itsLaycon Winner @BBNaija Lockdown edition. More wins!! We look forward to seeing you in Y2021 as you #payyourtax.”

Laycon emerged the winner of the 2020 edition of the Big Brother Naija reality TV show, which officially came to an end on Sunday, after 71 days in the lockdown house.

The music enthusiast beat Nengi, Vee, Neo and Dorothy to the ultimate prize with 60percent of the total votes cast by viewers.

After the big win on Sunday, Laycon got N30m in cash. He will also receive various gifts amounting to a whooping sum of N55m.

The gifts and incentives include an all-expense-paid trip to Dubai for two, a two-bedroom apartment, a Sport Utility Vehicle from Innoson Motors, amongst others.

Asides winning the ultimate prize, Laycon also won over N6 million cash during his stay in the house.

He also bagged a marketing campaign deal, skincare products, free food supply, homecare products, ambassador deal, a trip to Scotland and $500 Bitcoin.
