A sexually compulsive man in Diepsloot, South Africa, has narrated his obsession with sex and how he has raped at least 24 women because he can’t stay 3 days without having sex.
The man, who is reportedly HIV positive, tells BBC in the video above how he derives pleasure from spreading the virus to his victims.
