Man United Approach Pochettino For Possible Managerial Role

Manchester United has lined up former Tottenham hotspur coach, Mauricio Pochettino, as possible replacement if current coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is sacked.

Ole has come under scrutiny following United’s below par performance in recent time.

It is believed that the shambolic display of Man United squad in the disgraceful 2-1 loss to Istanbul Basaksehir in a Champions league game on Wednesday has not helped matters.

Talksports reports that United officials have made contact with former Tottenham manager’s adviser to see if he would be interested in taking the United job.

Pochettino has been out of job for a year now and fits in right for the job and has been quoted to be ready for a new challenge in managerial duties.

“I’m always ready to be involved in the game again. I love football, it’s my passion, it’s not my job.

“It’s not stressful when you are working, it’s not stressful to go into the training ground, it’s not stressful to prepare the game, it’s not stressful to compete.”

United are 15th in the Premiere league table, winning just two games out of the six they have played so far this season.
