Militants Blow Up NPDC Pipeline In Delta

The Niger Delta Greenland Justice Mandate (NDGJM), has claimed responsibility for blowing up an oil pipeline of the Nigeria Petroleum Development Company (NPDC) in Delta state.

The group’s spokesman, Aldo Agbalaja, announced the attack in a statement on Thursday.

Mandate, at about 01. 00 hour today, 29th Sept 2016, bombed the Unenurhie-Evwreni delivery line in ughelli south/north respectively operated by NPDC,” he said.

The attack is coming a few days after the Niger Delta Avengers (NDA), another militant group, resumed attacks on oil installations, citing collapse of dialogue with the federal government as the reason for the renewed hostilities.
