Names Of 21 Released Chibok Girls

The girls were released by the sect after spending over two years in their confine. Around 270 girls were taken from their school in Chibok in the remote northeastern Borno.

The list was made public after Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and his wife visited the girls at the Department Of State Services (DSS) hospital in Abuja where they have been recuperating.

Osinbajo also shared pictures of his visit to the girls in a tweet, with the caption: “Dawn, dusk, almost a 1000 days. Twenty-one of our girls are back. It is my joy to welcome you home. The nation has been waiting for you.”
