Abubakar stated in the letter sent to THE WHISTLER, that his clients were employed into the National Assembly Service as permanent and pensionable staff through various letters of appointment dated 2nd July, 2018.

The aggrieved clients, who are about 41 in number, alleged that they were placed on salary with effect from date of assumption of duty being the 1st August, 2018.

But Abubakar told the Executive Chairman of the NASC, that Olatunde had allegedly frustrated their documentation.

“Upon the fact contained in the present paragraph the Commission instructed our Clients to resume at the National Assembly Service on 2nd November, 2020 to collect posting to their various offices.
