NCDMB Pledges To Support Kyari As NNPC GMD

The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has promised to support Mr. Mele Kolo Kyari, as the incoming Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).

The Executive Secretary NCDMB, Engr. Simbi Wabote, said this during the ongoing 2019 Nigeria Oil & Gas Conference (NOG19).

“As you step into this very big and large shoe, we will work with you the same way we worked and supported Dr Maikanti Kachalla Baru,” he said.

The outgoing GMD, Baru, accompanied by the representative of the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Nigeria, Dr. Folashade Yemi-Esan, Kyari and wabote officially declared the NOG19 open with the theme “Promoting Investment & Collaboration in Nigeria’s Oil & Gas Industry.”
