Nigerians Attack Rotimi Amaechi In Spain

Nigeria’s minister of transportation, Rotimi Amaechi has said that he was attacked by some nationals while on duty for his country in faraway Spain.

He disclosed this via a tweet a @ChibuikeAmaechi on Friday.

The tweet reads: “Some minutes ago, I was attacked by a few misguided Nigerians while on national assignment at a climate change event in Madrid, Spain.

“They were quickly repelled by the Spanish police before they could do any harm. I am fine. I was not hurt. Thanks for your support & prayers.”

Recall that the nation’s former Deputy Senate President, Ekweremadu was attacked by some men, in August, while attending the Second Igbo Cultural Festival of Iri Ji in Nuremberg, Germany.
