President Muhammadu Buhari in collaboration with the National Orientation Agency (NOA) on Thursday, September 8th, 2016 launched a new campaign against indiscipline tagged “Change Begins With Me” at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The President, during his inauguration on May 29, 2015 said he will re-introduce the War Against Indiscipline (WAI) mantra – an organisation that was introduced in 1983 when he was military head of state.
Delivering his speech on Thursday, President Buhari said: “Before you ask where is the change that they promised us, you must first ask how far have I changed my ways.”
According to the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, the campaign is aimed at educating and enlightening Nigerians.
Nigerians have now taken to social media to air their view on the campaign, with majority describing it as a scam and accusing the president and his party (All Progressive Congress) of leading the country into the current economic mishap and trading the blame on the last administration.
