The Program is the corporation’s strategy towards eliminating petroleum products importation in Nigeria as it is expected to deliver 20 million litres of petrol when it’s completed.

Kyari explained that the irony of an oil-producing country still one of the highest importers of petrol in the world was one that bothers the current administration of President Muhammadu Buhari

Meanwhile, the federal government has set 2023 as deadline to stop the importation of petrol into the country.
