NUC Proposes Compulsory Entrepreneurial Course In Nigerian Universities

Represented by the Director of Student Support Services, Dr. Rukayyatu Gurin, Okojie said that there is a need to stimulate the economy and make it grow faster.

According to him, students in tertiary institutions needed entrepreneurial knowledge and skills that would encourage self-employment, wealth creation and economic independence.

Okojie further told the governor that if the entrepreneurial course is made core in universities, it would instill in the students, entrepreneurial and wealth creation skills, confidence and self-reliance to become employers of labour.
