Obi Cubana Returns To Instagram After EFCC ‘Arrest’, Says He’s ‘Unbroken’
The Chairman of Cubana Group, Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, has shared his first Instagram post after his reported arrest by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The businessman was reportedly arrested on Monday by the anti-graft agency over allegations of money laundering and tax evasion.

Obi Cubana posted a photo of himself with the caption “Okpataozueora. I love you all. Unbroken”, indicating that he may have been released from EFCC custody.
The post generated over 16,000 comments within one hour as his friends and supporters expressed excitement over his release.
Meanwhile, the EFCC has yet to speak on why it arrested the businessman. Iyiegbu was also silent in that regard.
Obi Cubana’s arrest came about two weeks after he bagged The Sun Hospitality Icon of the year award.
