The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Muhammadu Buhari, has defeated Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in the presidential result declared by INEC State Collation Officer for Ekiti, Idowu Olaniyan.
In the official result, Buhari polled 219, 231 votes to defeat Atiku who scored 194, 032 votes.
