Ohanaeze Praises Edwin Clark’s ‘Ability To Speak Truth To Power’

Chief Edwin Clark, the leader, Southern and Middle Belt Leadership Forum, has demonstrated unique courage and the ability to to speak truth to power at all times, Ohanaeze Ndigbo said in commemoration of the elder statesman’s 94th birthday.

Professor George Obiozor, the president general of Ohanaeze, in a message made available to THE WHISTLER in Enugu on Sunday, also said Chief Clark had ‘displayed empathy, selflessness, kindness, courage, philanthropy and upright dispositions’ towards making Nigeria a better place to live.

Prof Obiozor said, “I am highly delighted to join your numerous admirers, both in Nigeria and in the diaspora, to felicitate with you on the auspicious occasion of your 94th birthday.

“It has pleased the Almighty to reward you for the invaluable services you have rendered to the good people of Nigeria at the various stages of your life.
