Ondo Presidential Election: Atiku Defeats Buhari

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, has defeated President Muhammadu Buhari in the presidential election that held in Ondo state.

Atiku polled 275, 901 votes to defeat President Buhari of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) who scored 241, 769 votes.

This makes it the second state the PDP presidential candidate will win against the President.

Meanwhile, in the results declared so far by INEC, Buhari has defeated Atiku in five states, namely Ekiti, Osun, Nasarawa, Kwara, and Kogi.
