Onnoghen’s Suspension: NJC In Emergency Meeting

The National Judicial Council (NJC) is currently holding an emergency meeting over the suspension of the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Water Onnoghen.

The meeting is holding in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja.

Recall that President Muhammadu Buhari last week Friday suspended Justice Onnoghen over charges of false assets declaration leveled against him.

He was facing trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT, when he was suspended.
