P-Square Nears Break-Up As Peter Quits Group

The famous Nigerian RnB duo Peter and Paul Okoye popularly known as P-Square may soon be a thing of the past, as Peter announces his exit from the group.

The brothers have been throwing shades at each other on social media of late, sparking rumours of a possible break-up.

In a letter dated 21 September, 2017, and addressed to the group’s lawyer Festus Keyamo (SAN), Peter is demanding a termination of the agreement between P-Square.

Citing Paul’s refusal to work with him, despite all of his attempts to make their relationship work, Peter alleged that his twin brother cancelled their planned tour of North America this year without informing him.

He also accused Paul of slandering his wife and children with lies on social media, adding that they’ve now been receiving threatening messages.

Peter further accused his older brother Jude of once threatening to kill him and shoot his wife Lola in the presence of Paul, and the former first lady of Cross Rivers state Obioma Liyel-Imoke.

He said he has had enough of the drama and decided to terminate his contract in the P-Square group.

Peter added that he wished his brothers and their families well, but cannot betray his wife and kids, as they are very dear to him.
