The workers declined to speak with journalists saying the union had mandated the national leadership of the workers to address journalists on the matter.

The three day warning strike which commenced on Thursday is expected to continue till Saturday.

The strike however is a blessing for road transporters as hundreds of intending passengers have to travel by road to Lagos.
