Patoranking Features in Remake of Bob Marley’s ‘One Love’

Nigerian singer Patrick Okorie, better known as Patoranking, has been enlisted for the remake of ‘One Love’, a 1977 reggae track by late Bob Marley.

The 30-year-old reggae dancehall made the announcement via Instagram

According to him the remake is set for a July 17 release in a fundraising scheme by the United Nations International Children’s Fund (UNICEF).

He said funds realised therefrom would be accorded to supporting children towards cushioning the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on them as the health crisis continues to ravage the world.

“ONE LOVE by Bob Marley means a lot to me. To be on this new version alongside the Marley Family and others in support of @unicef’s coronavirus relief is an honour,” the singer wrote.
