Former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, has been appointed the Chairman of the Ondo Governorship Primary Screening Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
This is as the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party approved the Screening Committee for the party’s aspirants in the upcoming 2020 governorship election in the state.
The other members of the committee approved by the NWC include Senator Zainab Kure, Hon. Fred Agbedi, Barr. Ndubuisi Agwuama and Rev. Bunmi Jenyo as Secretary.

The screening, according to the PDP, is scheduled to hold on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at the NWC Hall at the PDP National Secretariat, Abuja at 10 am.
A statement issued by Spokesman of the party, Kola Ologbondiyan, said “All aspirants, leaders and members of our great party in Ondo state are guided accordingly.”
