PHOTO NEWS: Buhari Holds Bilateral Meeting With Japanese Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe

Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday held bilateral meeting with the Japanese Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe.

The meeting was held on the sidelines of the ongoing Tokyo International Conference on African Development, TICADS 7 in Yokohama, Japan.

TICAD7, which was yesterday declared open by Abe, has in attendance leaders of different countries from around the world.

Though the outcome of the meeting was not disclosed, it may not be unrelated to the deepening of trade between the two countries since Japan is known for international trade.

The meeting also had attendance the Director General of National Intelligence Agency, NIA, Rufai, Abubakar, Nigerian Ambassador to Japan, Mohammed Gana Yisa, Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwoolu, and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama.

Others are Kwara State Governor, Abdulrahman Abdulrazak, National Security Adviser, Babagana Monguno and Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum.
