The blade runner, was in 2014 sentenced to five years in prison for killing his girlfriend, Steenkamp on February 14, 2013.
Pistorious was found guilty by the court, after he admitted to shooting his girlfriend through a bathroom locker as he mistook her for an intruder.
He was granted probation in October last year by South Africa’s department of correctional service, just after serving 10 months of his five-year term.

However the ruling was overturned by the Supreme Court in the country after five judges unanimously ruled that the previous Judge had made a judgment which was “fundamentally flawed”.
Pistorious then filed an appeal at the constitutional court in a bid to overturn the Supreme Court’s verdict.
The country’s apex court, however nullified his appeal, on the grounds that the Supreme Court of Appeal had correctly found him guilty.
A verdict is expected to be reached on Friday, June 17, and if found guilty could face a minimum of 15 years in prison.
