Plateau United Sacks Player For Disrespecting Coach
The management of Plateau United FC has terminated the contract one of their new signee, Aliyu Salawudeen, over misconduct and disrespect to one of the clubs coach.
This was revealed by the club’s media officer, Albert Dakup, in a statement in Jos on Wednesday.

Dakup said Salawudeen got his contract terminated based on the club’s zero tolerance to indiscipline and insubordination by players.
“The player refused to obey a simple instruction from one of our coaches, this did not go down well with Abdu Maikaba, the head coach.
“This is not the first time the player is indulging in this act of indiscipline and unfortunately for him this time around, the head coach saw his disrespectful action towards his assistants and recommended his sack.”
Salawudeen joined Plateau United this season from Emmanuel Amuneke Academy in Lagos and has played with the National under-20 team in last season’s World Youth Championship.
