The police in Enugu state seem to have made a breakthrough in taming the rising cases of Fulani herdsmen attacks with the arrest of one Alhaji Samaila Garuba AKA Bakassi, who specialises in selling AK-47 rifle to herdsmen.

Garuba who is from Shagari village in Sokoto State, was arrested in the 9th Mile area of Enugu on Tuesday morning.
