The warehouses are located at the Idu Industrial Layout and Dakibiyu village in Jabi district.

The warehouses belong to the National Emergency Management Agency NEMA.

Also, the mob invaded an Agric store in Gwagwa-Tasha which is owned by the Federal Capital Territory Administration, FCTA. All the facilities are located in the Abuja Municipal Area Council AMAC.

A chopper was seen flying over the location and the surrounding areas while additional policemen were deployed to ward off the invaders who were undeterred by the volleys of tear gas canisters released by security forces.

This comes after police authorities pre-empted the invasion of a warehouse at Area 10, Garki by hoodlums on Saturday.

Armed policemen on guard duty at the Garki warehouse fired gunshots into the air to chase away the youths.
