Presidential Election Nullification Suit: Buhari, Atiku Know Fate September 11

The Presidential Election Tribunal Election will deliver its judgement on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 in the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.

All the parties in the suit had made their final submission on August 21st, when the tribunal declared the date for the judgement will be communicated at a later date.

The PDP and its candidate are seeking to nullify the election of Buhari in the 23 February poll.

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC had declared Buhari Winner of the keenly contested election.

He polled 15,191,847 votes to defeat Atiku who scored 11,262,978 to lose the election with a margin of 3,928,869 votes.
