Prophet Iginla Splashes N60m On Widows, Orphans

Senior Pastor of Abuja-based Champions Royal Assembly, Bro. Joshua Iginla has again contributed to the well being of the less privileged on Sunday 27th May.

Iginla, who added a year on Monday 21st, May, gave out gifts running into over N60 million (Sixty million naira) with, houses and scholarships to the aged, helpless widows, the poor and orphans during a Sunday service at his church headquarters in Abuja to commemorate his birth anniversary.

Most of the beneficiaries who belonged to Muslim and Christian faith could not stop praying for the revered as tears flowed from their eyes when the gifts items were presented to them.

However, the servant of God, who has affection for touching the lives of the needy, revealed that being a Muslim did not mean they were evil and could not be assisted, hence, the reason they were located during the church outreach programme.

An aged couple, Mr. and Mrs. Dabby Shakari, married for over 80 years, said they have been living in abject poverty and were dejection not until Iginla blessed them with a cash prize of N1 million.

Meanwhile, at the occasion, the man of God promised to build and furnish a befitting house for the couple within the next two months, adding that he has concluded arrangement to get a decent accommodation for them while the house is being built. He further said he will give the couple lifetime salary.

Iginla who has been fulfilling his kingdom mandate of supporting the needy and touching lives year after year also said though he had the resources to acquire a private jet like other men of God, he rather use it to assist the needy in the society.
