R-APC: PDP Now Majority In Senate, Omokri Mocks Buhari

Following the factionalization of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Reno Omokri, media aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan has mocked President Muhammadu Buhari.

Omokri said the emergence of the new faction, the reformed APC has made the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP become the majority in the senate.

According to him, the APC no longer has the majority title in the senate, as the R-APC now have 26 members in the upper chamber.

Omikri tweeted, “I hope President Buhari and @OfficialAPCNg know that with the factionalisation of the APC into APC and R-APC, APC is no longer the majority in the @NGRSenate. @OfficialPDPNig is now the majority.

“Below is the current composition of the Senate. PDP 39 R-APC 26 APC 24 APGA 2.”
