Recovered Body Not My Son, Mother Of Doctor Who Committed Suicide Says

Recall that earlier on Tuesday, the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Mr Fatai Owoseni, confirmed that the body of the doctor has been recovered.

However, shortly after announcing that doctor’s body had been found, the police stated that it was unsure if the body of the recovered person was that of Dr. Orji.

The police had revealed that the body was recovered by the Marine Police at the Onikan end of the lagoon.

Spokesperson for the Zone 2 Police Command, SP Dolapo Badmos, in a statement to newsmen said, “The mother has come to identify the body recovered, but she said the deceased was not her son.”
