#RevolutionNow: Youths Storm Court Ahead Of Sowore Trial

Many young people were spotted at the Federal High court, Maitama on Wednesday ahead of the trial of Sahara Reporters publisher and convener of the #RevolutionNow movement, Omoyele Sowore.

Justice Ifeoma Ojukwu is presiding over the case.

Some of the youths came with smart phones taking photos of Sowore and the environs.

They are seated in Ojukwu’s court waiting for the trial to begin.

One Abdulqadir Lukman told THE WHISTLER that he likes Sowore because of his positive influence on young people.

“I came all the way from Kwara; Sowore is a friend of young people,” he said.

The Federal Government is prosecuting Sowore and one Olawale Bakare on seven counts charge bordering on treasonable felony, cybercrimes and money laundering.

They had both pleaded not guilty to the charges.
